1. Shipping rates & costs

Currently we do not take international orders. Our shipping rates are U.S. domestic rates. We use USPS postage shipping rates and add a nominal charge for packaging. To find out USPS shipping rates you can visit https://postcalc.usps.com/

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Our default shipping method is Media Mail. Media mail is often time less expensive but may take more time than average for delivery. If you'd like a faster delivery please select a faster method. While we try to send out packages the day after the order is placed, sometimes due to scheduling packages may not be sent two to three days after an order is placed. Our system sends out an email once a package has been packaged and prepared for delivery. That email contains a tracking number which you can use to track your packages.

3. Missing or lost packages

In event that your package gets lost or missing please inform us right away. We will help you track the package down and try to help resolve the  issue.
